Talati Exam Pattern and Syllabus 2022
The question paper will be Objective type and will have multiple-choice questions. The total duration will be 60 minutes. There are a total of 100 questions for 100 marks.

Syllabus for Gujarat Talati Cum Mantri
General Awareness and General Knowledge” include questions related to
- General Mental Ability and General Intelligence.
- History of India and History of Gujarat.
- The cultural heritage of India and Gujarat.
- Geography of India and Geography of Gujarat.
- Sports.
- Indian Polity and the Constitution of India.
- Panchayati Raj.
- Welfare schemes of Gujarat State and Union Government
- Indian Economy and Planning.
- General Science, Environment and Information & Communication Technology.
- Current affairs of Regional, National and International Importance.
1 (one) mark will be awarded for each correct answer given by the candidate in OMR. The minus system has been introduced in the multiplication system by the board.
- (1) For each wrong answer (-0.33) (minus zero point thirty-three) marks will be deducted.
- (2) For each blank left answer (-0.33) (minus zero point thirty-three) marks will be deducted. (-0.33) (minus zero point thirty-three) marks will be deducted for each answer which has more than one option shown or is checked.
- (3) The answer to each question will have an option “E” or “Not Attempted]. If the candidate does not wish to answer any question, he will be able to select this option and negative marking will not be applicable in case of selecting the “Not Attempted” option.
- Thus, out of the total marks obtained by the candidate by correct answer, the marks obtained by subtracting (minus) as per (1), (2), and (3) above, the marks obtained by the candidate will be valid.
